I highly recommend using Heavy Metal Gutters. Not only did they give me a great price, but I Facebook messaged them and two other companies on Sunday with what I needed, expecting not to hear back until this week sometime. They messaged me back within the hour, gave me an estimate over Messenger, and said that they could come out either Tuesday or Wednesday, even though it was a short week, with it being the 4th of July. I went ahead and scheduled it and then got a phone call on Monday saying that he would be in the area Monday afternoon and asked if I was available. I told him yes, and he installed everything in a few hours, and the price was exactly in the range that I was quoted. They went above and beyond answering my message on a Sunday and then scheduling it for the same week even though it was a holiday week, and it was even more impressive that they ended up coming out the next day. Oh yeah, I still haven’t heard anything back from the other two companies I sent a message to.

Alex & Jeff showed up promptly and were very friendly upon arrival. Additional points of interest not seen initially when getting a quote were addressed when they came on-site. I called Heavy Metal Gutters, and they 1. They got back to me right away, 2. I sent the estimator, Jerry, out on the same day for the estimate. 3. It came back under a previous estimate we got last year, 4. They had all of the materials in stock, 5. I had a cancellation due to a roof permit issue on another job, so they said they could do it the next day (just dumb luck on my part)! This morning, the installers, Caleb and ?? (Sorry), showed up on time and were polite, professional, and friendly. They walked me through everything first and finished the installation in about 3 hours! They walked around with me to inspect afterward. They were cleaned up 100%. They were awesome!
